• Youth Empowerment & Transition: Offers youth ages 16 to 25 with all/cross disabilities the chance to participate in a variety of activities that each play an important part in the progression towards adulthood. The program is divided into the categories of health & lifestyle, employment & education, volunteering & community development, housing & basic needs, and independent living in Ottawa. The program is conducted through workshops, activities and one-to-one support that all promote participation, independence and empowerment.
